Return & Refund Policy – Perfscent Perfumes
Customer satisfaction is our highest concern at Perfscent Perfumes. If you are not pleased with your order, we can assist you.
Returns:
1. You can return your order within 7 working days from the date of receiving the order.
2. The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packing to be returned.
3. Used, tested, or opened perfumes cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
4. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we ask you to contact us within 48 hours of opening with proof (pics/videos).
5. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping except when the issue is our fault.
Refunds:
. We will notify you of the status of your refund after receiving and processing your returned item.
. We will issue approved refunds within 7-10 business days using the same method of payment for the initial transaction.
. Refunds for shipping costs are not made, except where the return is due to our own error.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. In case you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of product delivery.
